Asterisk PBX Project

Hello The project we have is something related to a billing application that has Asterisk Open Source PBX as backend system for checking CDRs, billing calls and authorizing phone calls for a "Calling Shop". An Asterisk "box" may have several Digium cards such as TDM40B - (4-port FXS bundle); The software, when installed has to provide a screen for adding new booths, or several Asterisk servers according to the licence purchased. Each remote Asterisk server may have several booths (I mean several FXS ports). The software on itself has to be installed in any windows desktop, and has to communicate with remote Asterisk servers (can be in the same LAN or Public IP). I started to write specification of that, as it will be the most urgent application that we will need in the next few weeks. Let me know the skills you have (you or your team) for applications running in Windows environments ; You will see attached some screenshots that will give you an idea of the application : basically its a visualization tool for managing phone booths connected to Asterisk. I will give you off course much more details, but I just wanted to know what you think about it and your first quotation for such projects. This software will mainly use the Asterisk Manager API for receiving real-time events from different Asterisk servers. Please advise accordingly. Your attention is very much appreciated.
