Turn PSD's into HTML / CSS - 2 Pages PPG

I need to simply convert my already designed PSD's (2 pages) into HTML and CSS. Each link will be filled with a # link. On the first page I need the order buttons to take you back to the top of the page. On the second page I would like the javascript or checkboxes to hightlight the selected product. Each page needs the text to be text where it can and the images to be low-res as possible without loosing to much design. Speed is of the essence when loading these pages. CSS should be used to place the pixels perfectly as shown in the PSD's. The webpages must look like the given .jpgs (psd's once project has been accepted) I need you to quote your time and how fast you can export these in your quote. Happy New Year. Sunder
