tinymce enhancements needed for an etextbook application: output formatting and sections

I am using tinymce on a project. Most of what I need is just application of currently available features in tinymce by someone with knowledge of tinymce and advanced knowledge of CSS/layout design. I need the following updates: 1. 4-5 templates that allow the documents created by tinymce to have a certain look. I need something like what Word, ibooks, and other authoring programs allow you to do when creating a new file. That is, the top of the page might have a border. Or a blue column, etc. This is all CSS, I believe. The user can pick the template from the toolbar, and it will be applied to the content just like any other formatting. 2. Sections for different types of etextbooks: Title, Chapter, Section, Summary, etc. So this will just be a way for the author to easily create etextbooks using tinymce.
