proffesionalize webshop design

We got web shop which is very outdated, and now somebody work on new colours, but i think it will not be enough. I need it to be more professional as it is now, and more focussed on ordering than on the chaotic info that the shop has right now. Webshop is showing to much info on homepage, thus loading slow, shop info is to small, and overall i need oscommerce specialist look at it. the new design they work on is here: [login to view URL] (really wanted to stop designer several times because of taking to long) but want to give him last chance now. As you can see the live website which can be found here: [login to view URL] is having lot of video, which we want on a single spot using a slider, or on a separate video page. the website my client in particular likes has a perfect slider on homepage, and i think we might also use a slider on shop page with specials, manufacturers, or other nice stuff. Website must be clean, fast loading and not as long as we have it now. buttons needs to be redone as well fitting the new colours. PM me for example my client likes.
