Migration of website from Joomla 2.5 & K2 platform to wordpress and customization of website

We are looking for the migration of our current website which is based on Joomla 2.5 & K2 blogging platform to the WordPress platform. All the contents (including articles , images , menu items & categories ) from current Joomla 2.5 & K2 blogging platform has to be moved to WordPress. Joomla 2.5 is in the root of the website now which has to be removed from the root of the site and WordPress (and all its current contents) has to brought in the root of the site with all the migrated contents. In WordPress the Menu items and its sub-menu has to be created similar to the current Joomla based site. Regarding templates of the WordPress , we have complete depository of WordPress templates which can be utilized and we will provide the templates to the developer once the project is awarded. The website is based on concept of "Content & News Publishing" . We require all the social sharing features to be enabled on each articles published on WordPress platform. We will make final payments only when it is tested successfully with all the site features by us on our live [login to view URL] WordPress site has to be compatible with all the mobile devices . The Footer of the site should contain all the legal , disclaimer , privacy , contacts etc. links and the bottom of the site should contain pagination options so that end-user can browse old posts .
