$100 for 40 hours of Web Design & Programming Assistance

Hello, I am looking for someone to spend 40 hours of their time helping me with various tasks related to my website, specifically the improvement of my e-commerce system, integration with several databases, automatic reporting systems, and whatever else comes up. I have been doing a lot of work myself, but need to free up my time to work on other important parts of my business. I will give you a lot of direction as to what I want, and it's your job to program it and put it online.
