::: I'm looking for a professional and reputable web designer to create a custom coded DATA DRIVEN website similar to that of FredMiranda.com. 1. I want users to be able to post bulletins, announcements, and ads using custom text formating. 2. I want user forums (for paid members) built into the site. 3. I want a few built-in management features such as a CUSTOM ADMIN USER PANEL, FORUM MONITORIING, KEYWORD FILTERING, USER ACCOUNT LOCKUP, and IP BANNING. 4. I will also need security features such as an encrypted USER LOGIN, and a secured "MEMBERS ONLY" section. I am a graphic designer and I've already created the visual layout for the site. So I will work with you by providing all the needed graphic design elements. I just need you to custom code the site, test it for security and bugs, and explain the keys on how to properly administer and maintain the database. This website will require professional skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, and MYSQL. I will expect you to be 100% fluent in English. I will ONLY entertain bids from HIGHLY REPUTABLE FREELANCERS.
