Daily countdown clock on site

Add a daily countdown clock to my site. Read the full description before bidding and only bid if you already know 100% for sure that you can do this. You must write in the private message with bid that you already know how to do this project. It needs to display HH:MM:SS and countdown to 12:00PM (Noon) Eastern time (auto adjust for daylight savings time) Every day at 12:00PM ET, the clock should reset to another 24 hours. It does NOT matter what time zone the user is in while viewing the site. it should ALWAYS countdown to 12:00PM ET
