Create pdf's from dynamic website content

Need a designer/developer who can write PHP code to create PDF output from dynamic web page content. The PDF needs to be displayed as a webpage and be printable, saveable, emailable. Our website is a nutrition analysis and meal planning website. Currently users simply print out the web page for a recipe, meal or shopping list, but this doesn't work well, wastes paper and ink, etc... Need to design the layout and create the code to generate it. Design skill to make the printout look clean and professional are equal importance to creating solid, efficient code. This project is a trial and will start with a simple page in our development environment. If it is successful, then we will move forward with a larger engagement, for seveal pages, on our production site.
