Convert Mockup into Web Prototype

We need a skilled html/java script and design expert who can convert our paper mockups (please see sample screenshots in attachement) into a functional web prototype. This web prototype will be used as starting point further usability refinements. Therefor we need a contractor who is proactive, experience in handling of little documented system requirements and can anticipate from the provided mockups which functionality needs to be developed. Skills Required: html, javascript, design, css Delivery Date: 20.3.2012 (Please consider 2 review rounds) Following requirements to the delivery: - Web prototype must work offline - Web prototype (function and design) must work and perform on following web clients  (Firefox >9.0, Safari >5.0) and pc/mac ipad 2 - Screen resolution 1024 x 768 - Design (buttons, logos) must be provided or designed license free by contractor. - Technology of the web prototype must be based upon (HTML >4.1, Java script >4.8 , >CSS 3) - Delivery of files in ZIP Format - Web prototype must contain ALL use cases, which are listed in the mockup presentation - Use AJAX technology where ever possible !! - Content Publishing & Usability: Edited content to be saved without needing to open the “save” file dialog - To ensure easy design updates, please store functions, layout and design (html, java script, cascading style sheet) in separate files. - Where ever you see inconsistency in the workflow, use case, functions or design please do not hesitate to recommend possible alternatives - Stick to the prototype design as shown in general (reuse images). As the design will be dealt more in detail in a later phase, do not spend to much time on this task. (e.g. the design style from your jquery framework showcase could be taken as starting point and reused with some design extensions)
