Comparison Website Developer needed

Hello All I am looking for an experience developer who can design a comparison website for a service industry ( will provide information later). There are two options, either we develop a website from scratch, where i will provide you information and explain you things in details and in future you will be adding additional features once we get the feedback from people. Or We use a wordpress template, and design a plugin, that will allow us to add other features ( example - [login to view URL]) ( [login to view URL]), where we can add features itself in the plugin and when site goes live, you can see them online. Website will be very clean and responsive, similar to the other comparison website, Please see the link below. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] It will have number of features, where users can filter their search according to rating, local area, Prices, and couple of other options. Both user and companies will have their profile, where they should be able to create profile and offer their services. I need someone who is committed and professional, and have time for this project. if you have other commitments then please don't bother to bid as time is very important for me. I would like to know the price and the time scale for this job and will appreciate if you are experience or have done similar work. I am just putting a default price of £20 to £1000 as i have no idea how much time and effort will it take. I am happy to accept bids over £1000 with explanation. Happy Bidding
