LUHN Check Program Credit Cards

This is to validate / produce data on a credit card entry program. If you don't know how to do a luhn check please don't bid as we won't tell you. The code will be supplied as a DLL. With a VB6 app, HTML, ASP page example program. Documented to show how to use the DLL. The example program will ask for the following details. Card Length i.e 20 Prefix i.e. 522499 with an option to check or create a lhun check. Check Lunh option. Card Length 16 Prefix 522499 5224999999999909 = Pass 5224999999999906 = Fail 522499999999990 = Fail (too short) 4444333322221111 = Fail (Incorrect Prefix) Create Luhn Option Card Length 16 Prefix 522499 522499999999990 Luhn Check = 9 This should also check the legth and prefix is correct. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
