Print driver to clipboard .net

Im looking for a robust way to allow someone to print to a print driver to create a image tiff>png>jpg>gif of the file that is printed and then put it in the clip board to be pasted somewhere. tell the language you can use for this and about its features. I dont care if you use some code from codeproject or Platesourcecode i just need it to work for me I prefer .net you will need to have installer and a easy way to add this to print options on the pc, also easy way to get it off the system.
