microsoft access .mde to VB or VB.net

Looking for someone to convert or re-write a program i have in a Microsoft Access .mde file to Visual Basic 6.0 or Visual basic .net 2003 I think the program is very simply. I have included some screen shots of the program so you can see the different screens. I would basically need all the functions that are working in the current program to work when it is converted. Also, i have data in the .mde file that needs to be imported or transferred to the new program when that is complete. Quick Facts: 1. I lost the .mdb file to the .mde 2. The .mde file was done in Access 97 and uses security from an access work group file. I seem to be only able to open this file on a system with Microsoft Access 97 Installed. 3. I can provide the .mde file if needed. I would rather only provide it to the person who i accept his/her bid. 4. I do need the source code to the new program that will be written in either Visual Basic 6 or VB .net 2003 ## Deliverables I also need to mention that the program should be build with the idea that more than one users will be accessing the data at a time.
