VB6: Messenger Type Library

I'm looking for people experienced in the implementation of the Messenger Type Library, Messenger API Type Library. Previous experience in this essential and ideally you would be able to show me screenshots or working version of software you have created using the above. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Error handling on all routines 5) Daily Source code updates, with brief documentation in each routine (notes to explain what functions do). 6) Programming to be done in VB6 ## Platform win95, 98, me, xp, 2002
