Email Address Grabber

I need an application utility for "Grabbing Email Addresses" from various mail servers and web sites. Please read the attached file for further details. This projects needs to be comleted soon and hence urgency is a key factor. I would prefer to go though a brief case study and if possible some preliminary form / screen layout designs from the prospective bidders to help me in fianlising the right person to complete this project. User-friendliness and hassle free navigation in the software are of prime importance. Hence proper importance should be given towards this matter. Navigation with mouse as well as with keyboard will be preferred for this software tool. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done alongwith the back-end databases, if any. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All versions of MS Windows including Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows NT. It should also work systems with on monochrome monitor, 64 MB RAM and Intel Celeron processors.
