Coders form Europe, US and Vietnam preferred! You must be able to start IMMEDIATELY! I need a very fast and good coder for a text analysis tool programmed using twitter bootstrap. I want to enter a URL into the tool and the program must then search die text on this site using some predefined rules and return sentences that fulfil these rules. (Such as the sentence must contain a number and the word “genes”). I then need a way to enter the data manually into a database. This program must work very fast and convenient so as not to slow down users because of bad software design. Graphic design is not so important at this stage (a designer will do his magic later). I have added a detailed description of the requirements in the attachment. This program must be done on your server initially and we will then transfer it to my server when done. If things work out there will be more projects in future!
