Show me how to edit a video page and text in Wordpress

[login to view URL] 1. I require someone who is an expert in WordPress to move this particular video file (above) into another folder on my site. [login to view URL] 2. As you do this, I require you to record your screen and voice, explaining what you are doing and how you are editing/transferring this video to a new page. 3. I have 4 video pages that need to be moved to new pages. I would imagine that a WordPress expert would take around 10 min to do this activity. * I will require you to send me a video explaining what you have done and how you have done it as part of this job.
