Public Service Personnel Information Management System for Papua New Guinea

This is to develop a personnel management information system for the public service of Papua New Guinea. All forms and information are available via the website; www.dpm.gov.pg. The General Orders (GO) are the guiding orders that run the public service machinery of Papua New Guinea government. Proper software development practices will be employed in this project. The final step is documentation and training. Thus, I need training manuals also for the software users.
