PHP Sripts integration

I need to integrate a previous version of [login to view URL] functionality and the additions are: 1. Membership script interation. 2. Forums functionality ( Could be FOrums from Opensource) 3. E-Learning platform (I prefer Claroline) You will be provided with a copy of the scripts in order to modify them. YOU CANNOT REUSE THEM for any other purpose. I think also you can install them locally with one of the PHP+MYSQL+APACHE Open source application so can run the application locally. The attached file includes a screenshot of the application and the User Manual for you to get an idea on the application.
