Need Custom Video Player

I need a video player that allows a playlist type feature over to the side that will also feature uploaded documents such as PDFs, Word Documents, Etc. Once the playlist item is clicked it should appear in the main screen (if video) or taken to another page if a document. The video player should also lock certain videos or documents based on the admin (web owners) need. This player should be mobile friendly as well.
