make several changes to my oscommerce website. including Google Analytics

I have an old version of OSCommerce installed with multiple custom addons . so you have to be able to code, not just install contributions. here's what i need done. 1) Change my URLS so that they dont use cpath and the like, and instead reflect product brands and name. For example, Change: [login to view URL] to: [login to view URL] or whatever 2) I currently have installed google analytics tracking code in the footer of my website, however this only tracks incoming keywords, it doesnt track through sales, and conversions and dollar amounts. i need someone to either walk me through the steps OR to do it themselves by doing whatever they need server side and telling me what to do in the google analytics page itself...you will NOT have access to my analytics account 3) My current site on the manufacturers page, just has a long list of products, i need the products to be tiled instead. For example, this: [login to view URL] should look more like this: [login to view URL] product names, manufacturers name, pricing, add to cart, ships free! and a editable area in the admin page where i can edit every product individually to add more small snippets of info, for example (For Normal Skin, for Acne, For Wrinkles) Etc). in that page you can see 12-16 products on a page, whereas on my site the most you can see is 4 4) I want to be able to add html formatted text to the manufacturers pages. right now it's just a straight list of products, i want to be able to include something about the product lines on that page. have it be editable in the admin page and let it format to html specs 5) I want an easy way to import and export email addresses and customers information. I'd basically like to start a mailing list with full opt in and opt out using my info, however i need your advice on the best way to tackle this. does oscommerce have somethign you can do that can handle opt in/out? can they handle the volume we have (tens of thousands of customers) without timing out? i have yet to see it. 6) add a box that says something like "get notified of email-only coupons and specials" on every page with an opt-in area for the customer to provide their email address.
