Please do not submit a bid to this project unless you already have 5 ratings of 5 and are capable of handling the custom PHP code necessary to support Phases 2 & 3 of this project. This project must be coded in PHP using MySQL - you are welcome to use any off-the-shelf customer management system if it is free-ware to augment the custom needs of this project. Although this project is currently set at 5 steps (forms), this is subject to change/increase/decrease if the end-result is easier for the consumer's experience. The opening screen needs to be an admin login (it can be hardcoded for now, but in Phase 2 (not included in this project) we’ll need to be able to define Administrators separately – every order must be associated with an administrator for the later calculation of commissions (Phase 4 not included in this project) Secure Forms Phase 1 (This Project) – I need a multi-step set of high-quality secure order forms that use large consumer-friendly fonts complete with email notification upon completion of the last step – while we enter all form data into a basic setup MySql database that needs to have backend customer management features, including future implementation in Phase 2 (not part of this bid request) of customer support issues and all email communication through the system. I cannot stress enough how important the design look-and-feel must be large fonts/fields and easy-to-use on ANY platform, iPad, Android Tablet, PC (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari), MAC (Safari), iPhone and Android Phone. Buttons need to have rounded corners, with drop-shadows and the text font for every button should use a bevel and really look nice. Beautiful background images will be provided – so it is important that the forms be implemented as overlays. All of our customers typically finance purchases, so the system will need to support tracking payments as charged by the Administrator (Phase 2) or by importing data from a file generated from our bank (Phase 3) Phase 2 (not included in this project) will include the customer management features along with a custom, easy administrator processing of payments through Aixa by typing a dollar amount and clicking a ‘charge’ button or the typing of multiple dollar amounts on numerous records and clicking a ‘charge batch’ button. Phase 3 (not included in this project) will include the importing of payment data from our bank and map any received payments to each customer account. To let me know that you have read this entire bid request, please respond with the text “read everything” at the top of your bid request. Although the multi-step secure order form fields are subject to some changes, the current design in the attached file is considered 95% complete. SEE ATTACHED FILE FOR DETAILED FORM DESIGN Actually, EVERY STEP needs to have an explanation that shows up in the center of the screen in a nice large font that is very clear about what required fields need to be entered before they can continue on. The system should then send emails to the consumer and to up to an administrative email account that can be hardcoded for now, but in Phase 2 will be replaced with up to 5 administrative email accounts defined in the backend.
