E Mail verification

I need to have a simple web application for email verification. 1) The application will have only one web page. 2) This web page asks the user to enter an email ID. 3) When the user enters an email ID, an email should be send to that person, with a link to verify his email. 4) When the user clicks on this link, his email ID gets verified. 5) The user should receive another email saying that his email Id has been verified. 6) The same information must be stored on to the web server for a later use. (His email ID and that whether it is verified or not). The deliverables will be: 1) Complete code for the web application: 2) The code should be well commented 3) A small document explaning the technology requirements and how to use/install the application 4) Scope of future work and possible improvements. If you a reinterested, please submit your proposal with your approach on the work. This project is part of a product release, and I have many more functionalities to be implemented.
