Email Automation PHP

This project is about email automation. This is what I would like to get: 1) User visits a page, types his info into 3 form fields and he hits the submit button. He gets to a confirmation page. 2) He gets a confirmation email. 3) After x hours, he gets another pre-written email. 4) After y hours, he gets another. 5) After z hours he gets the last one. This is very important: I should be able to remove an email address at anytime EASILY. Requirements: 1) Admin should be able to change the number of hours easily (x,y and z) 2) Admin should be able to change the text of the pre-written emails easily - including formatting (HTML) 3) We can use PHPMail since this is for very small numbers 4) NO DESIGN. I'll take care of it. 5) Those 3 fields in the form need to be stored somewhere and NEED to be dynamically included in the emails! What I'll give you: 1) Web Server login details 2) MySQL Access
