Need an application that can log in to an online telephone billing system each month, navigate its way to the billing section, select each customer in turn, select the last day from the pervious month from the calendar displayed on the page which in turns presents a .csv file for downloading containting the call data for that month for the customer in question, save this file then import it into a spreadsheet, format it and include some invoicing information, then email it to the address associated with that customer (contact emails for each customer should be configurable within the app). Username and password for the billing system should also be configurable within the app. The app will run in the background on a vps so should automatically schedule the download and invoice mail out on the first day of every month. The app should also be in a state of readiness as soon as it is openend so that it can be included in the servers start up programs in case the server is reboot without further intervention.
