Add step to profile process of dating site.

I have a dating website. As part of the signup process I want to remove the part where the user specifies profile fields like their weight, height, body type, age, smoking/not smoking/ , job/employed, (though I think I want to keep age range like 30ish, 40'ish,50 ish) and also Male/Female and in search of Male/Female, but the other fields get rid of. Instead I want to add a new GUI tool for them to rate their highest values in life with a drag and drop Jquery U. They see a list. (which I put in through my admin) They can move the list items up or down to signify their rating of their likings/priorities. They click the Next button when satisfied with the list order. The list of "things I value most" will be displayed on their dating profile page so others who search it can see it. The site search tool that lets users search other dating site members will use the list as criteria to show matches that best match their ordering of the list from top to bottom.
