Social Media Website poster , PIXELPIPE.com Clone! Urgent Work!

Hi, I am looking to develop a similar site to [[login to view URL]][1]. What it does: you can link with social media sites, Facebook, Twitter, linked in, etc and post comments, pictures or videos onto all sites in one go. please check out [[login to view URL]][1], it is free to log in. I need exactly the same, only one more feature. I need to be able to time the postings in advance. Similar as on socialOomph. need to have users accounts, admin user (can delete users), exactly the same as pixelpipe. If you had developed similar website than it is an instant advantage!
