Moof.com (web music player) Clone With Some Extra Features

I'm looking for a clone of [login to view URL] with a few additional features. Moof is a online music player. There are two key features. One is the ability to upload XML files from Itunes and moof will recreate your Itunes library on the web. The second feature is that Moof streams its music from youtube using the youtube API.
