Ad banner integration

I need someone to create me an advertising banner solution to go above the two main boxes in the middle of the screen on my site [login to view URL] If you take a look at this site (you may have to be logged in) [login to view URL] They have an ad banner at the top that is exactly what I want.? I want to be able to select 3-5 images and have them rolling for no more than 30 seconds at a time. Users will be able to click on each image in the banner and go through to my sponsors site.? I will need you to be able to ad the banner to the site also, which is written in php. Thanks v much ## Deliverables Also if there is no banner to be displayed.
