Add Functionality to an exisiting Wordpress Site

Add Functionality to an Existing WordPress Site I require a coder well versed in using WordPress as a CMS who can add the following functionality to an existing WordPress site. I would prefer the coder to use existing WP plugins to carry out the following tasks. ***Note that this text is a summary of the work, and the full details are included in the attached Word document.*** 1. **Home Page:** Create multiple editable sections on static home page (static text, dynamic text, photo slider) 2. **Photo Gallery:** Add photo gallery to the site. Multiple albums should be available from a main gallery index page. 3. **News and Events:** News & events posts should be added to the page as they are posted. Admin area should use custom fields to ensure the layout of fields is consistent. An excerpt of the current post will feed the dynamic text section on the home page as noted above. 4. **Menus & Sidebar:** Secondary navigation menu script needs to be tweaked to add parent-level secondary menu to 3rd level page and couple of other minor edits.
