Flash banners/headers

I am starting a small web designing and advertising business from my home and would like to form a team of coders, graphic artists, photographers, sound and videographers, writers etc. Starting from grass root level, I want to build this company to be an enterprise, where everyone contributes their skill sets to the team and yet remains as free as a bird. The dream team that I have in mind: - 1. Graphic Artist - specializes in banner, logo, layout etc. 2. Web designer - specializes in HTML, CSS etc. 3. Photographer - Still and Video 4. Programmer(s) - asp, xml, data base etc. 5. Data Entry. So, if you have time to hone your skills and work for next to nothing in return - join me. Who knows this may turn out be really big and make us all millionaires. I am based in Mumbai, so photographers should be around here - everybody else would just need internet. Devin PS: I have a competition going on among all those who have bide for this job. The competition is to create a header/banner for the website: www.s-era.com. They deal in Silver Jewelery - go the website and prepare a flash header for the site - its 744px wide and 200px tall. It should be good and creative, not too big file size. Also, my standard rate for doing a flash banner/header is USD4, which will remain constant for all the future work. Let me know if you accept the challenge. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
