API PAYPAL, ALERT.LB.

Hey. I have a registration system for paypal, alertpay and liberty reserbe. All I have an API, but it does not work well. People bought and has not been registered. I have to register then manually tenigo. I need to make everything work properly. I need that when payment is made, it is believed an active account on the system. It's an easy job, so, who makes the lowest bid, literally take the project. I need the job is done within hours. I need it now.
