Social Networking Project

I am seeking 1 or 2 intermediate to advanced PHP and/or .NET architects and developers to customize a user profile-based social networking website using an existing open source platform. Currently, I am leaning towards Drupal and/or PHPazabi. Customization are the key requirements. Meaning, the platform must allow for changes in the database structure and stored procedure and the middle-tier. Some of the features I need are also available with this company. I would like someone who is available to work 60+ hours per week. This is a start-up project so it needs someone who understands the demands of working on early stage projects. Start ASAP!
