wordpress experts needed for regular work - repost

We have multiple sites in wordpress we need a programmer who can support the site work and also can do various wordpress plugin development. We need serious and experienced programmers. This is a regular work. We are looking for individual programmers and whole time freelancers. We do not like to work with companies as we need direct discussion and dealing with the programmers. Programmer should be available from 1 PM IST to 11 Pm IST. online on skype. We will start with a plugin development to understand the capability. and if it works out regular work will be given. Please note we will pay hourly cost but time for studying website is not payable. and also the website works will be repetitive nature means multiple work will come on same website.
