- More extensive info (objects, owners, all entities and relationships, etc...)
- know what sort/kind of reporting for billing, invoices, etc... I suggest you "PDF template-based".
etc...
All conceptos, objects, owners, ... features should be completly definined freely (charges, insurances, costs, payments, taxes, documents/cataloging, ... with your particularities: fixed/periodical, by transaction, by percent, etc...)
and automated.
