Experienced LAMP Developer Needed to Work 1 Day A Week! Long Term Contract Work

I need a very skilled coder (5 Years+ experience) who is willing to dedicate 1 day of the week for 8 hours. I will keep the developer on-line via Skype and give him task after task, until the hours expire. The developer can't work on any other project at the same time as working for me!! **I am looking for an honest developer.*** Unfortunately, most of the guys I've had in the past are either dishonest about what they're doing (i.e. When they've completed a task, they won't say that the task is complete because they want to buy some time so that they can work on another urgent project and thereby make more money per hour of work!!) or they're under-skilled (they promise they can do anything in the world!). So, I'll award the project to 5 good developers (not companies) and trial you guys on my projects one by one. Then I'll choose the best 2 developers. Please make your bid for 8 hours of work (lunch break not included!), and state which day of the week you can dedicate. This is potentially a long term job contract work for the right individuals.
