Crime game mod

Hello I have a new project as I have skills in coding php but I just cant get this to work for me so im willing to hire someone. The game engine will be mccode V2 and Im looking for someone to make this mod for me. This is what the files names should be. Killuser,php-This should be were the user put in the username who they want to kill but the a user can only kill 1 person every hour. Staff_killlog.php-This page should allowed staff members to view who was killed in the last 24hours. staff_kill.php-This option would allow the staff to open or close the killuser page. Also what I mean by kill is once the user is attacked by the user their health go to 0 and will delete that user from the data base and it should leave that user a msg "You have been killed by [Username] come back and revenge your self"
