Update Responsiveness

I've created a page prototype at [login to view URL] It looks terrible. Please teach me how to change responsiveness to make it look better (NB I don't want you to code, I want you to teach me how to do it). In particular when it's the size of a mobile phone: - top row becomes [logo] [G+1 button] [menu button] - 2nd row become heading, with a jumptag to the 4th row - 3rd row becomes the cruise booking tool ([login to view URL]) - 4th row becomes the main text - 5th row becomes disqus comments section - 6th row becomes footer Finally, clean up CSS and put it all into one file (unless you can give me a reason why not to!) Must be able to start giving advice immediately.
