We need a 5 page website with the following functionalities: 1. A separate Administration page to accomplish some of the maintenance functions described below. This should be accessible only with a password. The password should be changeable by us any time through the administration page. 2. We should be able to change a message on a marquee or banner on the Home Page, using the administration page. Each message details should be captured with a unique ID and time stamp in the database. 3. We should be able to display up to 5 coupons on one of the pages, where the Product, Offer, Expiry date, and any limitations should be editable by us through an administration page. We should be able to delete any of the existing coupons and add new ones. 4. Any of the (up to) 5 coupons should be selectable by the visitor and a Printer Friendly page opened with the selected coupons which the visitor can print. 5. Each coupon created/deleted/printed should be captured in the database with a unique ID and time stamped. 6. Visitors should be able to leave their contact details and a message/comment on the Contact us page. An automatic email should be sent to us every time a visitor leaves their details. Each visitor details should be captured with a unique ID and time stamp in the database. 7. We should be able to view the following reports through the administration page: - List of messages created (25 messages in a page) starting with the most recent, with its creation and deletion dates. - Counts of visitors for every page. - Counts of each and individual coupon that is chosen to be printed. - List of visitors who have left their contact details. - All the LISTS above should be listed 25 to a page, starting with the most recent ones. - On the Reports above, if we click on any of the IDs (coupon or visitor), a new screen should open displaying all the contents of that ID. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Linux, MySQL
