Excel sort, report and email

See attached Excel file: 1) Create Backup, since we’ll be manipulating. 2) Sort By Name 3) Sort By Job ID 4) Remove any instance of text string cc794477-b\ 5) Delete Start Time Column 6) Delete Finish Time Column Generate a report that shows for Each User: 1) Show Total Pages 2) Show Total Minutes 3) Show Total Cost Give me option for each user (a prompt must come up for every single user individually): "Current per page is (total pages/total cost) and Current per minute is Do you wish to" 1) Leave as is 2) Manually adjust If manually adjust is selected, ask me whether I want to recalcualte a per page total, or per min total? Finally create a master report (allow me to name the file). I must have individual tables or spreadsheets, or similar for each username. For each user - allow email option (with headers)……If selected, ask for email address and have a button to email all files selected. MUST prompt before sending twice...I do not ever want emails going ot by accident. ## Deliverables Anytime the program is run it should place teh files in a preselected location (I select it once) and it puts them there always in a folder name todaysdatetime (for example - if I run at 4:30 pm on Nov 15........111520041630 is the folder name that would have all the abckup and created files. Email from and subject must be selectable and changeable 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
