Joomla Extension Customisation

I have another joomla task for a competent and available PHP programmer with good Joomla experience. I have an extension (JForce project management tool) that has been installed. The task is to slightly modify the view/ reorganise the page views. Please see attached screenshots. I have commented my requirement on each screenshot to give you clear idea what is required.
