Slice the designs to xhtml/html in div/web2.0/table formats 04. Able to integrate javascript as part of front end coding 05. Able to create flash animations and operate flash/xml components Web Developers should be able to handle the following tasks: 01. Understand the requirement from the client and our Project Manager 02. Create solid and optimised coding modules 03. Develop sites from scratch or based on visuals 04. Sites will include CMS, Application sites, ECom, Bilingual etc 05. Development will include frameworks and custom solutions 06. Code standards will include user friendly urls and htaccess rewrites 07. Applications will include cross server data handling and flash interfacing We might also ask for iPhone applications and 3D animations.
