Social Networking Site

Hello There, i would like a social networking site done for me in php and that but i don't know where to start so i rather somebody do it for me it would be good if it was like Facebook but alot better u can create your own game and you can vote people photos if u didn't like the photo they uploaded u can put it as green if u liked the photo they putted up you can vote them like green or something and it will be good if there was a chat box to and you can get free calls and webcam like Skype but for free no membership needed at all and you cant get banned from adding to many people and when you get a notification it should say You have got a notification or something like that i don't need to have it but i really don't know i want it alot different than Facebook so i can beat them and i forgot to say they can have their own version the versions changes when the website upgrades in case they don't like it and they can make their own profile background and if people vote for it 50 times if it got voted 50 times then it will be added to the website and that please do not charge alot off money and this job wont start straight away so it will be starting soon because i have not enough money to give people we need like a big company who can do it smart and better than Facebook so Facebook never caught up with the website i am getting done for me and its going to be called [login to view URL] something like that because u can rate chat add and more Thanks Connor McIntosh WARNING: This Project Wont Start Straight Away
