Proxies Teaching: Looking for someone who knows ALOT a

I am looking to get my own private/public proxies. I am looking for someone who could teach me exactly how to acquire TONS of private and public proxies. I want an expert in the Proxies field who can tell me everything he knows about: - How to get tons of public proxies? (scan ports, etc..) - How to get tons of private proxies? (get dedicated server and install software to generate private proxies, etc..) Both type of proxies are really differents.
