Popup javascript player

I need to create a popup player similar to competitor sites made in javascript and php. I will give the logo as a gif file for the player. Any click on the link or play button will have to open up the player (as on the competitor site) and play the file/ playlist based on the client's player availability (mediaplayer/realplayer) The listener should not be able to download the audio files from the site using downloadable softwares. May be antileeching has to be setup and file names should not be available for the listener. I am planning to incorporate this player for content pages from mambo server php tables. For a javascript pro, this should be an easy thing.
