New Web Pages needed

This is adding 3 new pages (to start with) to an existing site [[login to view URL]][1] The pages are to replase the existing National Mom 2 Mom page, but NOT be a page attached to a database. I would like these to be stand alone pages that if I need text altered I would get the same coder to alter them. I have attached a zip file with the outline of two of the pages (my comments on the pages are done in blue). The page style should look the same as other pages on my site such as the marketing page. These are just shell pages that don't have all the elements yet so I would like as much as I have up and anything I don't have yet I will hire you again to put the next elements in. So the pages are to be done in stages. For this page/s I have the text and the charity logo and the pictures of the location and the vendor contracts. I don't have sponsor logos or the final pdf flyers - a new bid will be created to do that, as well as the french pages and the 4 other sale locations.
