need phpfox developer to develop a module

hello guys, i want 3 task to be done. 1) index page design (html, js, css, images will be provided) . I have bootstrap theme installed and this page is also on bootstrap. - you can get reference of all below mentioned work from my old site 2) develop 1 module to update profile information and add portfolio after registration. It has 5 steps : 1- select category and sub category (like freelancer.com), 2- update information 3- contact info 4 - add portfolio 3) display all taken info and add some filters of above info on browse user page. *Check attached excel sheet before making offer to get full information of work.
