( Need a PHP worker) Add Character limit - Uploads allowed fix

Work is for PHPprobid auction..Today I need a Legit PHP worker who knows the below..This project is for right now and for 1 day only..Message me if available to work immediately..Will create 1 milestone of $70.00 not more..Don't bid if you want more..I take my projects serious so please comply..Will release milstone upon completed functional work only..You will need Skype for fast screenshot transfers..Don't say work is finished without me testing as I test everything...If I catch you tampering around my other files other then the files I know you will be working with you will get fired on the spot...If you don't know how to work with C/Panel & FTP of can't find files DO-NOT bid....Do-Noit want Any changes to my CSS work Nor any ideas on changes coming from you..Do-Not ry to change my Layouts in anyway..Message me if start right now..No zero feedback bidders.. The Work need is Similar as seen below for this pages: Video Page,,,Photo Page,,& Verified member page.... Video Page (1.) Delete button does not currently delete the video Uploads from User's--Everything is there already needs fixing.. (2.)Add a Description Character limit on admin side (must work) for Userside use on Video page..Count numbers must be added to right side of Description filed box in Userside....(Basically a character count down view in numbers)..Example: 15 characters Left (3.)Fix the Video Uploads Counts allowed for userside video uploads--Admin side is all there already but needs to be fixed/functional..(numbers entered must stay put and be visible). (4.)Fix the Disable/enable Userside in admin--Basically when disabled on userside should remove the upload features in userside and keep the exact current view as is when it's enabled in admin side.. (5.) The videos there in Video page has the users name who uploaded vids--Must make the Usersname linkable and routed to his Feedback page.. Verified Member Page: (1.)Fix image Uploads Counts allowed for Userside --Admin side everything is there already but needs to be fixed/functional... (2) Add a Description Character limit on admin side (must work) its for the description field box in userside..Count numbers must be added to right side of Description in Userside..(Basically a character count down view in numbers)..Example: 15 characters Left (3.)
