Need a javascripti application for an Opencart website

I need a Javascript application for a clients website, the website is a Opencart eshop. The application we need is EXACTLY like this one. Step 2-> Client selects some of the premade layouts just like the preview link Step 3-> Client can connect with instagram / facebook, upload images or use some of the premade designs Step 4-> Client selects some extra options like special colors or cuts Step 5-> Client selects some special effects Step 6-> Client presses ORDER the item is places in the opencarts cart. Then client or selects to view cart and procceed to order or continiues shopping. In the cart client must see a thumbnail of the final order he made. Options that this application will offer to the Shop Owner: Option 1-> Easy to upload new designs from adobe pdf vector files for the 1st step above Option 2-> This application MUST be connected with opencarts Payment system and Cart Option 3-> Must be working PERFECTLY with all Android and iOS devices just like the link i gave you above. I will select a freelancer with previous experience and portfolio with Javascripts and Responsive Javascript applications. Payment will be made after the project is 100% finished.
